We believe in human trust.
Not the trust that institutions print on paper. Not the trust that algorithms manufacture from clicks. The trust one human earns from another, by showing up, by doing the work, by keeping their word.
A clean, mutual record for the handshakes — in person or online — that hold the world together. Both people confirm. Both people remember. Your reputation finally travels with you, and grows with every person you bring on.

A reputation system in which one party can rate another without consent is a weapon, not a record. We have seen what that produces. Review bombs. Fake stars. Real trust requires both hands meeting.
Reputation must be permanent to be trusted. Every sealed agreement on Trusta is anchored on a public blockchain. The receipt belongs to both of you. Forever.
A reputation is a shape, not a score.

Search by handle, QR, or a shared link — or invite someone who isn't on Trusta yet to confirm the deal.
"Repair kitchen sink for 15,000 KES by Friday." Plain language, in person or online. The clearer, the safer.
Each person taps to confirm. The shared receipt is created — and cannot be quietly changed.
Five trust signals: Reliability, Quality, Communication, Fairness, Respect. Be honest.
Every honored agreement deepens your CVI — a portable reputation that grows as your circle vouches for you.
The first thing you see when you open Trusta is the creed: your skills are your most durable asset, your reputation is your most durable credential. The first thing you do is create a handle. The second is to seal a real agreement.

Your home is a clean, chronological list of every interaction you've sealed, drafted, or are waiting on. Filter by status — All, Awaiting Them, Awaiting You — or jump straight into sealing your next deal. Open deals you're waiting on stay current, so your home always reflects where things really stand.

Write the agreement the way you'd write it on a napkin: who, what, how much, by when. Choose the type — service, loan, sale, rental, favor — and whether it happens in person or fully online. Propose, counter, and agree in a clear thread; nothing is sealed until both sides say yes.

Once both parties tap, the receipt is sealed. It can be reflected on, shared, or downloaded as a PDF — but it can never be quietly changed. Deal with the same person again? Re-seal in one tap. The record belongs to both of you, equally. That's the whole point.

A radar pentagon shows how you score across the five trust dimensions. Sealed deals, badges, skills and country — all in one shareable page. Anyone can tap Seal a deal right from your profile, and your Trust Passport turns it all into a QR others can scan. Send it to a new customer, employer, or savings group when you need to prove yourself.

Save the people you trust so you can find them again in a tap, and invite the ones who aren't on Trusta yet. Every person you bring on can seal deals with you and vouch for your work — and the whole community gets stronger with them.

CVI is the Community Value Index — a single multi-layered measure of standing in the community of people you've actually worked with. It grows as the people you deal with vouch for you: your reputation is only as strong as the circle that stands behind it. Mutual. Anchored. Portable.
One sealed handshake at a time. Trusta is free for everyone, in 18 languages, on Android and iOS. Bring the people you trust; grow the circle that vouches for you.
Open the appMost of the world's work happens off the formal grid. The boda rider, the tailor, the tutor, the mechanic, the hairdresser, the freelancer, the caregiver, the market trader, the side-hustler with three different incomes.
These are not lesser workers. They are most workers. Their work has always been real. Now it can also be recognised.
Trusta is not a social network. It is not a payment app. It is not a review site. It is the layer beneath all of those — the permanent record of who keeps their word. Like roads. Like courts. Like clocks. Quiet. Useful. Always there.
Yes. Sealing deals, building reputation, and sharing your profile are free forever. Some advanced features (PDF receipts beyond a free tier, premium profiles) may launch later as paid tiers.
XBN is a small token of appreciation you can gift someone after a good deal — a way to say thanks. It is not a payment: Trusta never pays you just to sign up or use the app. When someone you invite seals their first real deal, you each receive a small gift — but that is a thank-you for real trust created, not a reward for the invite. The real reward is always the reputation you build.
No. Once both parties seal a deal it is a permanent record — that is the whole point of a shared receipt. You can decline a deal before sealing, propose edits, or report it for review.
CVI means Community Value Index — your trust score, computed from all your sealed deals, reviews, and interactions on the app. Range 0–1000, mapped to bands (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). You also need vouches from several different people — not just one friendly counterparty — before you climb, and higher bands ask for more distinct reviewers, so a single repeat partner can never inflate your score.
No. Phone numbers are never visible on your public profile. Your handle (e.g. @ernest), display name, country, and skills are the only public fields.
From your profile — tap your username. You can rename up to 3 times every 30 days. Your old handle is reserved to you for 90 days so nobody else can claim it.
Yes. Send them an invite to confirm the deal, and they join as your counterparty. It's the simplest way to grow your circle — and your reputation is only as strong as the people who can vouch for you.
Yes. A deal can happen in person or fully online — freelance work, a remote sale, a cross-border arrangement. For online deals, no location is needed.
It's your reputation in a shareable form — your standing, your sealed deals, and a QR code anyone can scan to see your public profile. Show it to a new customer, an employer, or a savings group when you need to prove yourself.
You choose what to share, your phone number is never public, and you can report anything that feels wrong. Trusta also holds a strict Child Safety Standards commitment, with zero tolerance for abuse or exploitation.
